My background is in the field of psychology and mental health. My approach to counselling is integrative. I use a combination of methods and theories to help clients through their difficulties. This includes person-centred therapy, attachment, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and compassion focused therapy.
I aim to support clients develop an understanding of how their difficulties came about in order to collaboratively develop a suitable way forward from which people will gain long lasting benefit.
