Hello, my name is Abi. I am a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist. This means I use an integration of theories and methods that all fall under a humanistic, relational and developmental approach. I currently work in both the NHS and private practice. Prior to training as a psychotherapist I was an Occupational Therapist and have worked in various NHS mental health settings.

I use a combination of methods and theories to help clients through their difficulties. This includes person-centred therapy, attachment, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and compassion focused therapy.
