Patsy McGill Psychotherapist MSc (Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy)

I offer short and long-term therapy to people aged 16 years onwards. I have over ten years’ experience of working with a variety of difficulties. including bereavement, work-related stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems and low self-esteem. I am particularly curious and experienced in exploring, with you, how past attachment trauma may be impacting on your current life: be it in relationships with others or within yourself. I offer a warm and compassionate approach whilst challenging the unconscious beliefs and processes which may be contributing to distress, low mood and anxiety. My aim in treatment is to help replace unhelpful and self-sabotaging dynamics inside of you with self-compassion, self-care and self- acceptance.

Face-to-face work is located in Derbyshire and remote treatment (via video) is also
available.

Fees agreed on an individual basis.
