An experienced and qualified Shiatsu practitioner with over 20 years practice in energy development exercises, I work with people of all ages and provide Shiatsu in Matlock Derbyshire.

I find the gentle Shiatsu techniques and use of acupressure points can bring people deep relaxation, improve sleep and energy levels as well as bring long term health benefits and preventative care. Acupressure points employed in Shiatsu, based on an understanding of traditional Chinese medicine, stimulate the body’s own natural healing capacity and bring a greater sense of well being. Although a gentle physical treatment, sometimes the relaxed, mindful state during a treatment can lead to profound insights and changes similar to meditation.

All treatments are taylored to each individual, Shiatsu is received fully clothed and every consideration is given to a client’s comfort. I fully adhere to the Shiatsu Society’s code of Ethics.
