My name is Kirsten, I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and member of the BACP. I am a caring and empathetic counsellor, and I would love to support you on your counselling journey. I offer a free 30-minute introductory session online so that you can meet me prior to starting your counselling.

I understand that choosing the right therapist can be difficult so I offer a a complementary no-obligation friendly 30-minute discovery call on the telephone or Microsoft Teams to see if we’re the right fit. 

I offer 50 minute counselling sessions and usually see clients weekly or monthly but I understand the need for flexibility in counselling so I will be guided by your needs when it comes to the frequency of your sessions. 

Appointments available on Mondays and Fridays. I have 35 years experience of Counselling and Therapy work. I am also a qualified Couple/Relationship therapist so I can see you one to one or as a Couple. I trained at the Institute of Family Therapy and at Revision in London as a Couple therapist.
