Dr Anna Haigh (DClinPsy, PGDip, BSC)
Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Analytic Therapist with over 13 years’ experience working of working in NHS, voluntary sector and independent health settings.
Dr Haigh has a special interest in adult and adolescent mental health, developmental disorders (including autistic spectrum conditions), gender identity and trauma.
Dr Haigh uses a range of approaches including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), and can offer therapy to individuals, families or groups.
Dr Haigh is trained to work with people who struggle with managing difficult emotions, who might self-harm and who might experience suicidal thoughts. She can offer supervision, consultation and training to individual staff and teams.
Dr Haigh is currently offers a Saturday Clinic at the Matlock Therapy centre and can provide evening appointments in Sheffield.
